Please allow 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase for your order to ship.   Orders are shipped Monday - Friday.   For special orders, the time may vary depending on the vendor.   All tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.   If you do not receive an email, please contact us.    

For expedited shipment - please indicate in the notes when you place an order.  Any additional fees for rushed delivery will be calculated and you will be notified prior to shipment. 

Please verify that the ship address that is submitted with the order is correct, as that is the address that will be used for all shipments. We ship all orders USPS Priority unless otherwise specified.  Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address, if a package is delivered to an incorrect address, we are not responsible and the order will not be replaced  Any order returned due to incorrect address will be reshipped at your expense.   Once we provide tracking information - for any tracking issues you may have, or if your package states it has been delivered and this is an error, please contact your local post office.  We are not responsible for packages once they have left our possession. 

Coupons can be used for new orders only.   They cannot be combined with any sales or promotions.

Our policy on non-sale items - we will gladly exchange an item (if available) or offer a store credit.   All store credits must be used within 45 days of issuance. We do offer exchanges on NON-SALE items, which must be made within 3 days of receipt of the item.   Please contact us and we will exchange the item (if available), however you are responsible for the shipment of the exchange item and we MUST receive the ORIGINAL item back prior to the shipment of the exchanged item.

SPECIAL ORDERS:  Special orders are items that we order specifically for you. All special orders are to be paid up front, which includes shipping and there are NO refunds for special orders.   

Please note that all sales on SALE and/or CLEARANCE  items are final. we offer no refunds, exchange or cancellations.   If an item is damaged, we will provide a replacement, free of charge. 

All sales on accessories are final sale.
